For the price I paid, it is truly worth it. The room is quite spacious and since I traveled alone, for me it is enough. Just wished that they supplied me more hangers for my clothes and some drinkable cold water also would be nice 😊

i checked in around 11:30am, stayed overnight in the capsule room just to sleep. luckily at that time, i was alone and other bed werent occupied. v convenient and cheap for backpackers or plan to stay only to sleep. they have 3 shared shower rooms and 2 toilets, so you dont have to worry abt queueing. the reception staff was also v helpful. clean and hygienic. place was easy to find and no issue w the parking. the check in/out process was fast. i might come here again whenever i wanna stay overnight at Kuantan w my fams.

No breakfast served in this Hotel. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. But Maintenance need to revamp and carry out good repair job especially when pipes are leaking through out the night. Pipes are leaking for 24 hours and I think there are no proper plumbers even though I have called the front counters several times.

I feel safe in the hotel. The shower and toilet very clean. Room also clean. All of the staff is very nice. It's a nice experience sleeping in shared bedroom.

Parking for guests available but limited, fast check in, digital deposite receipt - paperless, easy to retrieve & no misplace issue, spacious room, standard size of bathroom, nice shower heads, good water flow, AC works, enough plug ports - near to bed and available for every person, lights switch also near to bed, got washing machine and dryer at lobby.

Location is good and convenient. Room and bathroom were clean. Satisfied facilities including wash machine and dryer. It is very convenient for a backpacker.

This hotel is ideal for a all days retreat, If you don't feel like going outside, the hotel has everything you need and is located in the downtown area on Main Street, which is one of the best kept secrets. The finest hotel I've ever had the good fortune to visit. Beautiful structure, and entering it only makes it more stunning. High-quality service and accommodations. Additionally, they are one of the few hotels that accept reservations from guests under the age of 21.

1. Value for money. The capsule is quite big with comfy bed. 2. There is mini wardrobe within the capsule with enough socket plugs and lightings.

The finest hotel I've ever had the good fortune to visit. Beautiful structure, and entering it only makes it more stunning. High-quality service and accommodations . I've stayed in a variety of hotels. The best stays and experiences ever included this at the top of the list. The staff was incredibly accommodating and readily available to meet my needs.
